2.)  We also HIGHLY recommend you tune your vehicle for our Cams after install to gain the full potential out of them. With that said, some of our customer have installed them on stock ECU's and reported back 12-20whp gains, though again a full re-tune is HIGHLY RECOMENEDED TO SEE FULL GAINS FROM OUR *HP STAGE 2 CAMS


3.) As all performance/modified Cams, these will trigger a false "Misfire" code, as the ECU's Cam and Crank sensor are no longer getting the stock parameter signals (opening and closing times of the valves) so the ECU mistakenly thinks its a misfire. If installing on a Stock ECU vehicle, you may still drive the vehicle as normal, though the CEL will flash, which can be annoying. 

Again, A FULL TUNE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and that Misfire code can be turned off in all tuning programs (Hondata, Motech, Haltech, AEM etc). If you have a tuning system and need assistance with locating that code disabling feature, please feel free to reach out to us and we will help you out free of charge to get ride of that light/code.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

It is well known that changing your Honda J-Series Cams is one of the best ways to increase Horse Power in your motor, as the J-Series have some of the smallest OEM cams Honda has put out. 

Our HalferLand Performance Stage 2 Camshafts are THE BEST-Proven Stage 2 STREET-ABLE Cam grinds on the market and we have Dynos to prove it (See Photo's). This fact is backed by our (3) Years of Research, Development, and Proven Dyno numbers (See Photo's Above). This is what allowed our Daily Driven J32a3 7th Gen Accord to put down 316whp/262wtq NA/Naturally Aspirated on 93 PUMP GAS. All the while being held back quite a bit with an incomplete tune, -2 Step colder plugs, small 2.5" Exhaust, heavy 245 tire's and 17x9 rims (Tune was incomplete as we were going turbo the next week and needed a baseline, hence the -2 step colder plugs). A simple change to any of those factors and the motor was easily 325+whp. This again is a simple daily driven J32a3, stock bottom end, our *HP Stage 1-2 PnP Heads, with our Stage 2 Cams Installed and Full Bolt on, HalferLand Tuned and on 93 Pump Gas (Not Race Gas).  


That motor is now boosted and we once again back up our claims with yet another Amazing dyno sheet....with the car putting down over 600hp at the motor and 545whp/467wtq ON ONLY 8PSI!!!!! That's 28-30whp per 1psi, which can only be attributed to a well put together combo and Camshaft. We have designed these Cams to shine from 3,500-7,400 RPM (suggested shift point of 7300, as by 7400 power will start to drop off). Along with that, the Cam will have an aggressive sounding "Chop" at idle..but not to the point of stalling the motor. We have also designed the cam to not lose ANY power down low or Mid-Range (actually gains mid-range) as many performance cams lose power there, all the while being "Daily/Street" driven friendly. The HP* Stage 2 Cam is suitable for ANY Street/Strip Car, Naturally Aspirated, Nitrous, or Boosted (Turbo or Supercharged) J-Series Vehicle.

Cant thank them enough. Spent literally years trying to find Stage Cams for these J-Series. Either vendors want an arm and a leg or have ZERO data (aka. Dyno numbers) to validate there claims. HP had both price and numbers!! 3rd Gen TL picked up 18whp w/NO TUNE!!!! Cant wait to see the Tuned numbers

Met the owner at Street Car takeover. Once I saw his car go bumper to bump with a lambo and into the third round with hellcats and more lambos, i was hooked and had to try these. not tuned or dynoed yet but the car sound crazy awesome and pulls WAY HARDER up top to redline

Best mod to date. Their are super helpful, as I was completely new to Hondata which I like way more then fic. You guys should start selling the units on here! With your customer service you guys are going to do big things. Will be back!! And Bisi WHAT!!??? My God you're a Saint with the idiots I've seen come at you! Not to start anything on your reviews but I owned Bisi Stage 2 cams and guess what took their place? Sorry man, just find it hilarious thos people think you just cloned his cams.....that doesn't explain the 20+ whp I picked up from swappping to yours from his. but Im sure they will have some Bull$hit explanation! I've been racing since I was a kid with my Dad. Came into the J-Series game about 5 years ago and have been waiting on a quality cam to come out. yes, there are other, I've seen the result of those and they shouldn't even be in the same balk park as these HalferLand stage2 cams. You guys should seriously consider bumping these to a Stage 3 as they warrant it! The owner (sorry forgot your name PJ, JP, JA?) was very helpful. The only issue I had was them not providing the exact specs, but that soon dissipated after speaking with him and letting me know how they were designed as a "Drop In Cam" and the amount of R&D that went into them. Unlike other companies Ive seen just make a cam blindly I could tell immediately upon the first dyno pull these were spot on. We did everyting they suggested, set valve lash to stock, set timing to stock, and dropped the cams in, we already had springs and retainers. Our J32a3 6262 turbo build went on 10-12psi (fresh build starting low) was making 440whp......after cam install and only change made to the tune was turning the misfire code off as they suggest, the car made 456whp! That is impressive as hell. After we tuned we picked up just shy of another 29whp, so total of around 45whp making to 484.8whp. So the motor went from making 14hp per lb of boost to 20hp per lb of boost....THAT'S AWESOME FOR A 3.2 and only a cam change. , even my pops was impressed. Thank you Halferland, keep up the great work and we will be a return customer for sure. Much love from Canada!

Switched from Bisi cams after hearing good things about halfeland performance. Bisi picked up 12whp and switching from thse we picked up another 15whp after retuning, so 27whp from these cams is impressive. needless to say we are very happy

found them on youtube checked there store out and decided to pull the trigger on these and there springs. they pull so damn hard up top it's not even funny. also with the halferland tune the entire power bank is so much quicker. gotta hit the track soon and see what this car can do now

I was surprise after install. You can tell my car is cammed but not overly loud or aggressively. It will have misfire just like he says in the product description but it can be turned off in tuning and the car still ran just perfectly fine. I can feel it def pulls harder alrdy at 3k rpms to 7500 redline. Im VERY satisfy.

Can't say enough with how in person I am with half her land performance. Installed half stage 2 cams and his 10k RPM valve springs. The combo is great high quality parts and best of all after retune these cams gained 26 wheel horsepower. Pretty damn impressive on a NA 280WHP J32 which is now 306whp with just a few bolts ons, his cams and radiator A++

The description was spot on, you have to adjust the tune for the misfire code as the valve timing changed. Once we did that on the dyno our EK swap J35a1 picked up 38WHP AND 18WTQ FING IMPRESSIVE. BISI DIDNT MAKE NEARLY THIS MUCH

I’m just starting to modify my 2002 Honda Accord V6 J30 engine. I’m planning to start with the cam kit. I’m trying to place an order but it says 1 qty. on your fill in form. J series has 2 cams correct me if Im wrong. Then do I have to upgrade my Throttle Ventury? Please I need some tech help step by step. I’m trying to do phase by phase as I don’t have much investment to buy every thing in one setting. I want to move on by stages. I trust your products to build my project. GOOD LORD DO THESE PULL. From 3500-3800rpm to 7200rpm where I have my limiter set these pull. I don't feel any low end loss of power unlike other aftermarket cams. Overall HalferLand killed it with these, everything they claim them to be

The King!
No doubt, the king of J Series drop in cams. Contacted other companies in about wanting their cams. they honestly were pretty hostile towards HP, mind you I didn't bring them up, I simply asked how theirs compare to others out there. Seriously is this what the Jseries community is like I come from a Chevy background but never heard other companies put down one in particular like this. This didn't make much sense and to be except I know the auto aftermarket industry is cut throat at times. Anyways, from all the customer reviews and reaching out to others in my circle having ran HP products, two TL's specifically with their cams, and after driving those TL's which were much quicker then mine, I decided to go with HP. Pricing is very good, customer service is very good. I didn't see a reason not to go with theirs. They have proven dynos, years of proven and video R&D on their YouTube channel while making the cams, and a track record of happy, big gaining customers. In Sum, I hope people see this and understand what other people say may be said for a reason. Might I add, when asking HP (P.J. I believe) about the competition And what they said, he was humble, honest and had nothing negative to say...guess the "Don't have anything good to say, don't say nothing at all, comes in here lol THANKS HP!

Best in the Game
This industry is so shady. A guy like HalferLand truly put in the time and R&D and when researching him found some FB post. They do nothing but rag on him, yet HalferLand documented his R&D, has Dyno proof, and a legit R&D vehicle that's ran the cams for years, for 5+ as far as I can tell and they are still running strong. No other company shows even dynos, let alone actual gains, it's all projection not expected gains as HalferLand. The post even says "All the big guys know about him" and right when I read that I knew something was off, or they are worried or upset he's taking business, because like I said I validated all his work. I'm posting this after purchasing, running the cams and dynoing. HalferLand expected gain are spot on, with my 3.2 TL On Hondata picking up 29whp 10wtq. He was beyond helpful and actually spoke briefly about the hatters, which he stated he understands there will always be people like that, and no matter what you say people twist the words or take it out of context. I think he tried speaking to the people but no matter what he did they twisted it (his words). But I have nothing but great things to say about him and the company. And to people that say "He just rebrands or gets others to make them"...uhhh yeah, every single company on planet earth outsource some of the stuff. Just because he's not physically cutting the cams doesn't mean he didn't put years of R&D into them. As he said the machining cost to buy the machines is 5 figures $XX,XXX and he wouldn't have been able to without outsourcing, btw no other J series companies cut their own cams, not P2R, Slickfab, Bisi, they all outsource. I'll leave it at this 29whp 10wtq gains on my J32a3. Bisi, web, Slickfab cams (OMG I have some stories there stay clear of them!) max I've seen people report are 18whp..an 11hp difference is a lot when speaking about the same part just different companies. Proves the work behind them. I'll rep HalferLand from here on out and don't care what some people say..they get so mad too when I say I run his parts LOL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HALFERLAND CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE ~~~ Hey Ben, first we greatly appreciate the support. The best on the market no doubt, I've tried them all
I have personally now tried 3 companies cams, Halferlands stage 2 and others that offer crowers. I can tell you if comparing between them all that HalferLands should be considered more of a stage 3 power wise. Its rare for a company to provide exact expected gain figures like Halferland does, the others don't and I see why. On top of that Halferland projected gains are spot on. As I understand it, just about all the companies use Crower to cut but it's also obvious their cams are not the same. The Crower cams from another company I purchased with picked up 18/10, not bad right? Well that company had no information on their cams, not expected, projected or even a dyno. I found Halferlands and saw their J32 dyno and the description said they picked up 36/14 I believe in a J32 and average gains a customer could expect of 25-35whp depending on your mods ( I think). So they tell you what to expect, show their Dyno proof and actual r&d. So guess what they picked up over the other companies cams, 15whp and 8wtq. Simple math here, I gained 18/10 with the other company ,don't want to say who because they been ok to me and don't want to start stuff, but I swapped to HalferLand and picked up another 15/8, which means Halferlands Stage 2 picked up 32/18 all together, yes, 15/8 over the other cams. That's incredible and shows the r&d behind them. What blows my mind is the low and mid range on top of the peak numbers. With the other company we lost some down low gained mid but not like Halferland, which after 3800rpm the gains just kept climbing. I'm blown away by them and if I could give a 10 star I would. Oh sorry, almost forgot running an 8th gen 6-6 J35z6 FBO, Halferland wise ported runners, HP Stage 2 IM and their cams now and made 319/268 on a dynapak.she's a torquey thing now lol. I could write about these cams all day. But will just say again that theres no question who offers the best cams. Stage 2 is an under rating compared to the others. If HP are stage 2 then others should be Stage 1

Amazing Cams
I would definitely recommend these cams for anyone that wants a set. I've been running with these Jseries for around 8 years and have seen many naturally aspirated guys run Bisi and Web cams. A buddy bought Crower from P2R and picked up 12hp, he has a J32a3 TL. I decided to go with Halferland and don't regret it. So P2R Cams gained 12hp and HPP picked up 28hp to the wheels on my 07 TL-Type S with just basic bolt ons and HPP cams. Thank you guys
