WHY IS THE PART DISCONTINUED?
The discontinuing of this item can be attributed to the toxicity of this platform, specially through Facebook groups ran by "larger" J-Series companies which have banned us, not allowing for any rebuttals or replies, simply undocumented accusations. Unlike those accusations and constant pestering, we showed our R&D, CAD drawings and differences between our HLP Big Boy Mishimoto core radiators and the cheap Chinese EBay Rads those people claimed they were, which they simply based on the color of the cap used to block off the ports for shipping. Of course no mind was paid to the fin dimensions or thickness (thinners fins cool much better, guess which one ours had?), the coolant ports HAVE TO be located in the same locations as OEM, we cannot change that due to the vehicles plumbing, yet that was used against us even though all other radiators on the market were the same, and even the quality of welds were pointed out and ours were shown to be superior...yet they ignored all of that.
Ultimately you can thank those toxic people for the discounted HLP Big Boy Rads. This is why our community and platform remained so small and niche for so many years, allowing those "larger companies" to gouge people on parts and when a new company came into the game the same treatment was pushed onto them, as has been onto us. Unlike those others that have come and gone, obviously HLP is here to stay, but we are done with the radiator game. So instead of getting a U.S. made, Mishmoto core, thinnest fins possible, best cooling radiator you could for this platform and at a very affordable $280 with TRUE FREE SHIPPING, your options are now to buy the expensive $600-$700 Mishimoto Radiators (which we used the same cores, sourced from Mishi) or the cheap Chinese Ebay radiators that leak and have spotty welds. That's of course since those people claimed ours were the same as the Ebay...AND that's if they are even available and not marked way up from the short supply from China (yet somehow we always had ours in stock, but ours were Ebay LOL). To top that, we offered the full line of fitments, auto and manual trans, 3.0, 3.2 and 3.5, yet again, somehow ours were Ebay LMFAO.
In all seriousness, it wasn't from them, they were the icing on the larger cake and is a great example of what's still wrong with this platform. The true reasons were regardless of the proof we offered our name was still drug through the mud and ultimately the cost to manufacture and ship them was too much. Shipping was not cheap, which we truly offer FREE SHIPPING, we do not incorporate shipping into the overall price and then claim "Free Shipping" as others do, we truly offer free shipping and eat the cost. These parts were also large, hard to source all the material, have them made, boxes were expensive and then shipping them to the customer without damage ended up being a feat, regardless of how well we packed them and only then for OUR CUSTOMERS to be shamed for running our parts. Seriously it says a lot about these characters so many look up to. To hate on a person who is simply trying to build their car to the best of their abilities and only because they used one or another's companies parts is absolutely absurd and says a lot about them. We would never do that and is the entire reason we got booted from the FB J-series groups for bring this up to multiple admins (legit the admins were the ones talking down to the "new guys"). As Mike Tyson said, everyone is tough until they get punched in the mouth, which is especially true for keyboard warriors.
This is for all of our customers and true J-series enthusiast, we apologize for any inconvenience and for the fact you now have to pay triple for the same radiator and quality. We still have all the designs and drawings, so maybe one day we will pick this back up and produce more.

Designed with the functionality of stock OEM, utilizing OEM mounting points with the simple approach of maximizing the cooling surface for the air to water temperature reduction in the radiator, utilizing every inch of the engine bay to beef up our Radiator as possible. When upgrading from a normal stock OEM single row radiator to our HalferLand Performance "Big Boy" Dual Row Performance Radiator you we'll see as much as -20° to - 25° reduction in your coolant and engine temps in some cases, but most of all maintaining a safe and optimal 180-220° running temps... allowing your engine to perform at its best performance, while also allowing for that track or autocross back, to back, to back abusive runs that so many of us love to do. Not only is it great for racing but city traffic where heat soak can become a major issue with no airflow the dual rows allow the engine to maintain a safer cooler temp.
Our cores are sourced from leading US manufacturers, such as Mishimoto and others with decades of experience. We utilize the thinnest core fins possible to dissipate and transfer heat as quickly as possible (PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN UNPACKING AND HANDLING THE RADIATOR, THE THIN FINS ARE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO BENDING).
Along with using the best core possible, all welds are also machine MIG to make sure they are identical each time and pass, preventing any leaks as other cheaper radiators. As well as being MIG'ed, our mounting tabs are also fully welded through, unlike half or spot welded tabs as others (eBay, overseas, etc).
Along with that, Servicing/maintenance has also become much easier, with our HalferLand Big Boy Radiators now coming with an option add on ball valve drain plug, allowing a simple turn of the drain plug handle to drain your coolant at your pace and no tools being required or the drain plug having to be completely removed, helping to eliminate the normal messy service of coolant drains and flushes.

- FOR TUNING ORDERS, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UNLESS NO TUNING OR REVISIONS HAVE BEEN STARTED. AFTER OUR FIRST REVISION/TUNE IS SENT TO OUR CUSTOMER VIA EMAIL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED OR AUTHORIZED. THIS APPLIES FOR BOTH SINGLE SESSION (TUNE TILL RIGHT) AND LIFETIME TUNES.
- There are no returns accepted for any Port and Polish parts, due to the parts being modified and unable to be returned to their stock/original condition. There is no exception to this policy...EVER.
- If the customer selected to have HalferLand Performance source/provide a core part(s) and chooses to cancel their order prior to shipping or starting the modifications/porting, a 20% part cost restocking/sourcing fee will be assessed from the credit/return. Example, the core part provided cost $100, a 20% Restock/Sourcing fee of $20 will be deducted from the credit of the order. This is due to our cost to source, purchase, clean the part and now the order being cancelled, we now are forced to sit on the part with direct order being associated with it or that we can use it for.
- Order Cancelling may be done prior to the start of any modification or work and before shipping. If the parts modifications has already been begun or the parts has shipped, then the order cannot be canceled and will be filled/finished accordingly. If its a non PnP part and the order ships, the customer is responsible for returning the part/order using their preferred carrier. Our (28) Day Return Policy guidelines remain, parts must be returned in original packaging, never installed, modified or damaged.
